Application

The high accuracy of the large digital display E1930X800 makes it suit for weighing as well as for static force measurement and monitoring of forces on machines. The 5, 100mm high, digital digits make the LED-Display readable even from a distance of 50 meters. Because of this the display can be found for example at cranes, hoisting gear and silos. All strain gauges (max 4 sensors with 350 ohm parallel) with an output signal up to max ±4,8mV/V respectively ±48mV/V can be connected. The internal sensor supply can be 5 or 10 VDC. Usually the customer connects the display it to the force transducer and also adjusts it. The programming is done menu-guided via the keys, those offer the same functions as the smaller E1930models. Optional there is a key remotecontroll available, which is connectable to the display via a RJ45-plug. The 3 logical inputs can be used to trigger functions like tare or print. The serial interface allows to retrieve and to set values and parameters. The optional 2 or 4 relays allow to monitor overtraveling and underrunning of limit values. The optional freely programmable analog output offers a 0/4...20mA output signal for analog interpretation. Filters allow to zero interfering signals.
