1. V Series Tension Brakes

From bolt to disc to pad, the V-Brake is designed to increase your productivity. No other brake in the industry is as easy to install, operate, and maintain as the V-Brake. Maintaining your V-Brake takes only seconds with Montalvo’s exclusive “snap-out, snap-in” brake pad changes. Performance & Productivity in perfect unison.
 

Easy Installation
Drill and tap 2 holes in your mounting surface and install the anti-rotation studs. Slide brake onto the keyed shaft. Tighten set screws. V-Brake Installed.

Wide Torque Range
From 1.4 to 16,726 in-lb the V-Brake is available in four different models to meet the needs of practically any application. Get the performance you need with the V Tension Brake.

The V Pad
A game changer in the industry: No tools required to change every pad on your V-Brake. Just snap-out your old pads and snap-in the new ones. In only seconds every pad is changed.
