The PTX130 is a high quality 2 wire pressure transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output (voltage output is optional) over a wide pressure range. The body of the product is oil filled and coupled with high accuracy electronics, this enables the product to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are a number of process connections to choose from, and measurement ranges of any value between 2 bar to 700 bar can be ordered making the PTX130 a very versatile product suitable for many applications.

DM650/PM - Pressure & Temperature Indicator With Data Logging, Alarm & Messaging

The DM650PM battery powered pressure switch accepts gauge pressure inputs up to 100 bar and displays the sensor pressure in BAR, PSI or the user’s engineering unit on a 6-digit LCD display. The instrument offers an advanced display mode allowing the user to also display one or two (1 to 32) character messages. Additional to the messages, the user may select an alert event to occur when the pressure is within a band. A change-over relay can be used together with the messaging and alerts to provide switching at user set points. In addition to this on board datalogging is also available to record process details at up to 5000 points. Force calculations (Ram force for example) can also be performed and displayed.

The PTX20 is a high quality level transmitter providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. The piezoresistive element provides excellent accuracy and stability in an all welded stainless steel housing. A titanium housing is available on request for more aggressive process media. The body of the product is oil filled and coupled with high accuracy electronics, this enables the product to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are open and closed versions to choose from, and also a ballast weight can be specified too. Measurement ranges of any value between 1mH2O to 250mH2O can be ordered making the PTX20 a very versatile product suitable for many applications.

PTX23 - CORROSIVE MEDIA LEVEL TRANSMITTER

The PTX23 pressure transmitter is a high accuracy, robust, 2 wire (4 to 20) mA current output pressure sensing device designed to withstand immersion in most aggressive chemicals. It is an assembly containing a piezoresistive element, oil filled and sealed in a PVDF case with a choice of PUR or PTFE cable to any length required.

The PTX23 is ideal for applications measuring depth and levels in; aggressive fluids, chemicals, and waste water.

Ranges are to DIN standard (in ratios of 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6,) e.g. 100, 160, 250, 400, 600 mbars and 1, 1.6 bars etc. up to 25 bar with custom calibrations available to all pressure measurement units.
