Bottle Turner

To measure the total load of oxygen in the packaged beer it is necessary to rotate the bottles under specific conditions, to obtain equilibrium between oxygen in the liquid and gas phase.

It is essential for the measurement that the correct test condition is established.

This unit can handle four bottles or cans simultaneously and is preprogrammed to 40 rotations pr. minute but may be programmed otherwise on request.

The size of bottles may vary from normal and up to 2 liter PET flasks.

Co2 Blom

Unit No.: PU-002

This pumping unit is developed to measure Co2 level through the Blom method, a recognized and very exact standard.

To meet these requirements the unit is equipped with our superpump as the pump is a very sensitive part of the analysis.
The pump is operated automatically by the an electronic device and transmits the CO2 in a close system making a low airspeed, and separate bubbles possible.

The measurement is very accurate and reproductive. In addition calibration, as a result of frequent control, is easily made to meet
the Blom standard analysis.

This unit is made to determine the clarity of a beer.

An automatic compensation for beer- and bottle colour is build into this apparatus.

A very large sensitivity is provided in the area covering light beer, where the haze-test is of greatest interest.

The light source is provided by LED-diode ensuring almost unlimited lifetime.

This apparatus is specially designed for bitterstuf determination.

Shaking movements are adjusted in order to obtain an optimum mixing and to prevent the sample from getting too hot.

As a very heavy sample shaking is required all moving parts are supplied with strong stainless steel ball bearings.
