Specification:

Floor-type vertical spindle machining center with 4 axis controlled by CNC able to work on extruded Aluminium profiles. The machine is fitted with an electric-spindle HSD Italy-Leading in the world (7,5kw., 24.000 rpm) with shank according with ISO30 rule, preset for an automatic tool change. The tool magazine, fixed on the mobile upright, can store till 6 tools to drill, to mill and to thread plus 2 also possible to used  to mill with a side milling cutter. Equipped with 4x standard vices. Kit lubrication by micro drop with pure oil. Light curtain system.

Spindle’s axis can be positioned electronically at every degree included in ±95°

It’s equipped with a cnc unit able to manage:

Linear and circular interpolation on two axis (X-Y, X-Z, Y-Z)

Programming system according to ISO codes

Programming system according to a system of aided geometric
