The machine positioned at the beginning of the blowroom line, the automatic bale plucker, plucks various grades of cotton and man-made fibres within the range of 76 mm staple length. The intelligent carriage system can precisely pluck two types of raw material simultaneously. An air current transfers the plucked tufts to the next machine for further processing.
