One, overview

ZKZ-2T type speed monitoring device of an external voltage transformer or permanent magnet machine signal, real-time monitoring of water turbine generator set speed, and in each unit speed output switch quantity signal and unit speed corresponds to the analog signal, to automatically open, shutdown and power monitoring system.

Four, work principle

Taken from the generator voltage transformer or permanent magnet machine of the sine wave signal, the signal transformer isolation, filtering limiting processing input to the amplifying and shaping circuit, then converted into frequency and the input signal of the same square wave signal into the microcontroller counts. The microcontroller through numerical changes, will reflect the signal cycle counting value is converted to frequency, speed percentage and set parameters. SCM system will be converted to the unit 's characteristic parameters display, memory, and with a preset stall speed alarm value, the drive circuit to the corresponding relay.
