G3 Drives là các giải pháp được thiết kế có mục đích cho các vấn đề kiểm soát dòng khí / không khí (air/gas flow control)  trong các lò đốt (burner) , lò sưởi (heater) , nồi hơi (boiler) và hệ thống tuabin (turbine systems)  mới hoặc hiện có trong các nhà máy điện (power plants ) và một loạt các ứng dụng công nghiệp.

Bộ dẫn động giảm chấn G3 (G3 Damper Drive) được cấp bằng sáng chế đặt ra một tiêu chuẩn mới về khả năng kiểm soát và độ bền. Kết hợp hiệu suất và độ tin cậy đã được kiểm chứng của thiết bị truyền động kiểu cánh gạt (vane type actuator ) của Kinetrol với khung lắp / phụ trội điều khiển bằng tay không kém phần chắc chắn, bộ truyền động giảm chấn (damper drive ) mới vô cùng nhỏ gọn và vô địch về kiểm soát độ chính xác và tuổi thọ chu kỳ.

Bộ truyền động khí nén kiểu cánh gạt của Kinetrol loại bỏ chuyển động bị mất và hao mòn liên quan đến bộ truyền động bánh răng và chuyển đổi từ chuyển động thẳng sang chuyển động quay. Điều này dẫn đến tuổi thọ lâu dài mà không cần bảo dưỡng (giảm thời gian và chi phí bảo trì) và cải thiện khả năng kiểm soát (cắt giảm nhiên liệu và chi phí sản xuất). G3 Drives are purpose designed solutions to air/gas flow control problems in new or existing burner, heater, boiler and turbine systems in power plants and a wide range of industrial applications. The patented* G3 Damper Drive units set a new standard for control and durability. Combining the proven performance and reliability of Kinetrol’s vane type actuator with an equally rugged integral manual override/mounting frame, the new damper drive is compact and unbeatable when it comes to control accuracy and cycle life. Kinetrol’s vane type rotary pneumatic actuator eliminates the lost motion and wear associated with geared drives and the conversion from linear to rotary motion. This results in a long maintenance-free life (reducing down time and maintenance costs) and improved control (cutting fuel and production costs). Compatible with all damper types, replacing existing floor mounted pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or electrohydraulic drives could not be easier as Kinetrol’s G3’s are simple and quick to retrofit.
